Am I insured against occupational diseases?

As a private sector worker, you are automatically insured against occupational diseases when your employer has paid the compulsory contributions to the National Social Security Office (NSSO).

As a mariner for the merchant navy, a schoolchild, a student, an apprentice or a trainee or if you are in vocational rehabilitation due to a physical disability for work or as a result of a period of unemployment, you are automatically insured against occupational diseases.
