A complaint about Fedris's services?

Do not wait too long and certainly not more than one year to inform us by filling in the following form. Make sure all the required fields (marked by an *) have been filled in.

What type of complaints can you file?

  • You have received incomplete, incorrect or incomprehensible information;
  • You have been badly welcomed or the attitude of one of our colleagues was not appropriate;
  • You are not satisfied with our services’ speed or availability.

Then it concerns Fedris’s services. Please note that we cannot process the following complaints:

  • Anonymous complaints;
  • Complaints related to services or decisions dating back more than one year;
  • Complaints about a decision in your file. In that case, you have to go to the labour court.
  • Complaints about (the interpretation of) regulations;
  • Complaints about subjects for which Fedris is not competent.

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt and answer your question within 15 working days.

You complaint does not lead to the expected results? Then you can contact the federal Ombudsman.
