Persons living abroad who receive a benefit may be asked by Fedris (usually on an annual basis) to provide a life certificate.

In order to continue receiving benefits while living abroad, the life certificate must be completed by the local authority, the embassy or the consulate of the place of residence.
The completed form must be sent within two months, in original form (no copy), by post to:
