What kind of complaints can you submit to us?
You can contact us if:

you received incomplete, incorrect, or unclear information;

you were poorly received or the behaviour of one of our staff members was inappropriate;

you are dissatisfied with the speed or accessibility of our services.
Complaints must always relate to the services of Fedris.
Which complaints can we not handle?
Unfortunately, we cannot handle complaints about:

anonymous complaints;
-
services or decisions dating back more than one year;
-
a decision in your file (for this, you can turn to the labour court);
-
legislation or its interpretation;
-
matters for which Fedris is not competent.

What can you expect from us?
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and respond within 15 working days.
Does your complaint not lead to the desired solution?
You may then contact the Federal Ombudsman.
